[AS OF JULY 2022] Travelers hoping to visit Thailand will only be required to show one COVID-related document to enter. These documents could either be a vaccination certificate, a negative PCR test result, or a negative antigen test result that was administered by a healthcare professional.
Anyone age 18 and older must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at least two weeks before flying into Thailand.
Travellers who are unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and fly into Thailand without a negative result are required to pay for and take a COVID-19 test on-site. People who test positive for the virus are expected to cover for any medical expenses they incur in Thailand.
All travellers who test negative for COVID-19 are allowed to go anywhere in Thailand. However, travellers coming into the kingdom by land using a border pass will only be allowed a stay of no longer than 3 days within specific areas.
